Talent, Labor Relations, and Engagement refers to an organization's philosophy and plan to cultivate positive and efficient relationships between an employer and its employees.

Talent Management Systems (TMS)

Talent Management Systems (TMS) tracks and manages the integrity of all employee data within our ERP, Time Management, and Learning Management System. TMS also maintains the organizational charts for the College and produces a three-year Workforce Profile.

Employee Engagement programs are designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of all employees (staff, faculty, and administrators) at the College. We offer a wide variety of Employee Engagement training opportunities. Here is a list of a few:

Leadership Development

All of our Leadership Development programs are cohort-based and designed for those who are in leadership positions or strive to become leaders at Prince George's Community College. We currently offer the following programs:

  • The Institute for Management Excellence (for those with direct reports, invitation required).
  • Leadership Forum (for Leadership Institute Alumni, invitation required).

The Institute for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (IETL) is focused on Prince George's Community College faculty development.
