Course: AFA 1030 Black Diasporic Studies Abroad

In this course, students focus on the study of the African Diaspora. Students analyze various scholarly sources to explore the history, global impact, and significance of this concept, as well as the various waves of emigration from Africa, with special reference to the trans-Atlantic slave trade of the 15th through the 19th centuries.
